Halle Bailey who is 1/2 of Chloe x Halle has been cast as Ariel in Disney's Live Action 'The Little Mermaid'! There were mixed opinions on her casting, but everyone has come to terms with her playing Ariel! Halle has an incredible voice and she will do the part justice like no other! Photo's have recently surfaced of Halle Bailey and co-star Jonah Hauer-King as Ariel and Prince Eric! The photo shows the two on a beach Halle does not appear to have a mermaid tail either so this scene could be from when Ariel already has her legs! Halle Bailey is also wearing what seems to be a surfing wetsuit as well. In the photos her dreadlocks appear their normal golden-brown and not red like the cartoon version of Ariel!
